Tract 33 is a great larger parcel as it is located directly along the main road within this beautiful development. There is moderate elevation change to this parcel with it being level along the main road before gradually descending into the hollow and into the streams. There is also an undeveloped road atop the ridge from the southern boundary that leads to the eastern boundary and some clearing.
