Tract 8 is a great parcel as it is located directly off the main road within this beautiful development and tucked between two streams with waterfalls along both sides. This parcel is unique as it is the smallest of all parcels but boasts one of the largest waterfalls along this stream which follows Sugartree Hollow. There is nice elevation change to this parcel as it has substantial level terrain along the front and then descends into where the streams split. There has been some clearing and most underbrush has been removed to allow the true beauty of this parcel to be shown. There is gradual to moderate elevation change towards the south of the parcel as it decreases into a hollow. Tree cover is moderate to heavy. With easy access, level to rolling moderate terrain, this would be the perfect parcel for a cabin, permanent residence or weekend getaway.
