Tract 1 consists of 20 acres and begins at the southwest corner of this property along Pine Island Road. Dimensions are 330' wide X 2640' deep. You will have 330' of dirt road frontage along unincorporated Pine Island Road. This is a unmaintained dirt road and may not be accessible all year long.

The land is very secluded and quiet.  The land sits amidst the Pine Island State Forest.  This property has trees! There are several species of trees on the land.  There are many different type of flowers and other vegetation on the land including purple lilies.   The property has dense vegetation throughout.  The land is a mix of high and low lands. What makes this property special is it borders state land on most sides except for the south side along the road.

This property is only about 2.5 miles from the Taramack River and 5 miles east of Upper Red Lake. 30 minutes north is the Rainey River and Canadian border. 18. IS THERE A PENALTY FOR PAYING OFF MY LAND EARLY?
There is absolutely no prepayment penalty. Your monthly payment is applied to your account balance using simple interest on the unpaid balance. Any and all extra monthly payments will be applied directly to the principal. All extra payments will directly lower your balance, reducing the overall interest you pay on your purchase.
