The prices are good value and in line with prices you would pay locally. They answer every question honestly and with integrity. If an adjoining property comes available they let you know and you get discounts for being a current customer. I currently have two parcels from their inventory. I will buy from them again!

I like your property listing template. It has so much great info. The temperatures each month to expect is so very helpful to most of us looking at such listings. I have marked a handful of your listings. And merely wanted to say thank you for taking the time to list some excellent photos and information on each of your listings. On top of that you are very much UNLIKE other sellers and you indicate which photos are from the actual listed property. And which are from neighboring property looking at the listed property. That is very helpful too. And finally the X number of map photos you show. Love this. From one seller to another,... thanks so much! Someone needed to say it. Well what can I say about Classic Country Land? They are freaking awesome! They do just what they say and more its so easy to buy, it’s on a simple interest plan, and no penalty for paying off early. I bought a piece of land on Indian Ridge ll lot 31 without seeing the land first. (Yes I know) Although the land was great and perfect for me it wasn’t for my wife. So we called the wonderful gal’s at the office, and they where more than happy to help us find a piece that fit us both. (And yes we looked at it first). I look forward to buying more in the future. (If there’s any left it’s going so fast) Stop by and see us sometime we are in Daisy Meadows [lot removed for privacy reasons].
