Tract 6 is a great parcel as it is located directly along the private road that heads up to the northern ridge and also can be accessed down in the hollow. There is a steep elevation change to this parcel but it does have several spots of level terrain along the southern boundary along the dirt road that runs along the bottom of this hollow. Tree cover is moderate to light across the majority of this tract however it has been timbered recently; there is lots of native grasses and brush common for this area. Deer are abundant here as they are drawn to the water from the small creek to the west. I saw many tracks along the road and creek. This would be the perfect parcel for a small cabin, weekend hunting property or to establish a private camping site in the Ozarks.
