# Sales Representative ## Earning Potential $100,000 to $500,000 annually ## Role Overview As a Sales Representative, you will generate your own leads, answer customer inquiries, and manage the entire sales process. The position functions similarly to independent real estate agents operating under a broker model. ## Compensation Structure - Sales 1-5: 20% commission on the sales price - Sales 6-10: 15% commission - Sales 11+: 10% commission Payment occurs monthly based on customer payments received. Example: a $45,000 sale at 20% yields $9,000 commission, paid as customers make their payments. ## Expectations Representatives must develop their own marketing and lead generation strategies using social media, Google Ads, and other platforms. Monthly outside sales meetings are required. ## Responsibilities - Property guidance and customer education - Familiarity with surveys, coordinates, and deed restrictions - Post-sale customer relationship maintenance regarding property questions - Loan servicing inquiries directed to the company's team ## Tools Provided CRM system, personalized website link, Google Suite access, and phone system (company covers costs first three months; $105/month thereafter).
