Dan and I made a trip to Terlingua a few weeks ago to get the visual of our 20 acres. ... We are very pleased! We also made a trip to the county court house in Alpine to get as much info as possible on the parcel. We met Alida from the Terlingua Ranch Homeowners Association. Let Scott know that we received very positive feedback from the county clerk’s office, as well as Alida regarding his prompt and efficient business practices.
