Stone Bridge Reserve, North of Red Oak
Stone Bridge Reserve is our flagship tract on the Haskell County side of the line, just north of Red Oak. Bear, deer, and turkey all work this ground, drawn by a large creek running through the middle of the reserve that keeps water on the property well past a normal dry spell.
The terrain here varies tract to tract. Some stretches roll gently, others climb into the broken foothill country the San Bois range is known for, so buyers who want a mix rather than one uniform slope tend to gravitate toward this reserve first.
Haskell County, Southeastern Oklahoma
Stigler is the Haskell County seat, well east of Stone Bridge Reserve, which sits up against the Latimer County line in the county's western reach. The county itself runs from that mountainous western edge down toward the Arkansas River bottoms in the east. Our own ground stays in the higher, wilder western stretch.
Hunting and holding are the draw here more than curb appeal. This is remote enough that a buyer should expect gravel and dirt roads on the approach, not pavement to the gate.
How Owner Financing Works in Haskell County
Every tract we sell here is owner financed. No bank, no loan committee deciding whether you're the right kind of buyer.
Classic Country Land finances Haskell County land in-house. There is no credit check and no bank approval. The Basic plan starts at $999 down at a 10.99% annual percentage rate (APR). Payments are calculated on full amortization over terms up to 20 years; your exact term depends on the property price, and some contracts include a balloon payment, typically due after three years, when the remaining balance is refinanced or paid. Cash buyers receive 20% off, and any buyer who puts at least 20% down receives the same 20%. That is the largest discount we offer. Final terms are the ones in your signed documents.
It's one of many Oklahoma counties we sell in. See the full statewide spread, or how owner financing works, start to finish. We've been doing it this way for 27 years; BBB accredited since 2006.
