Trophy Ridge and Flagpole Mountain, Near Daisy

Trophy Ridge Phase I, Trophy Ridge Phase II, Trophy Ridge Phase III, and the original Trophy Ridge all sit along OK Highway 43 just outside Daisy, with the Indian Nation Turnpike close enough for an easy run from either Dallas or Tulsa. Some tracts climb an elevation change of over six hundred feet, and several run right along the top ridge of Flagpole Mountain, where the views carry the property more than the acreage count does.

Lake View Ranch and Lakeview Private Reserve sit in that same corridor, the Reserve down along the bottom of Flagpole Mountain rather than the ridge itself, a gentler starting elevation for buyers who'd rather not climb from the gate.

Falcon Crest and Kiamichi Wilderness

Falcon Crest sits southwest of Cloudy, a mile from the Pine Mountain ATV Park, with dense foliage broken by small clearings. Kiamichi Wilderness leans further into that same recreation: rugged enough for four-wheeling, rock climbing, and cave exploration, and remote enough that a 4-wheel-drive vehicle matters once the rainy season sets in.

Eagle's Nest, Near Sardis Lake

Eagle's Nest sits in rolling hills north of Clayton, a few minutes' drive down the mountain into town, with Sardis Lake, some of the best fishing water in southeastern Oklahoma, close by. Mountain View Ranch and the original Pushmataha tract round out the county's spread, both carrying pasture, timber, and seasonal creeks.

Antlers is the Pushmataha County seat, well south of most of this cluster. This is Ouachita foothill country bought for elevation, water, and genuine distance from a subdivision.

How Owner Financing Works in Pushmataha County

Every tract we sell here is owner financed. No bank, no loan committee deciding whether you're the right kind of buyer.

Classic Country Land finances Pushmataha County land in-house. There is no credit check and no bank approval. The Basic plan starts at $999 down at a 10.99% annual percentage rate (APR). Payments are calculated on full amortization over terms up to 20 years; your exact term depends on the property price, and some contracts include a balloon payment, typically due after three years, when the remaining balance is refinanced or paid. Cash buyers receive 20% off, and any buyer who puts at least 20% down receives the same 20%. That is the largest discount we offer. Final terms are the ones in your signed documents.
