Stone Creek, Northeast of Wilburton

Stone Creek sits northeast of Wilburton, bordering secluded, rugged ground that's a genuine sanctuary for deer, turkey, and bear. Several of the tracts here carry their own ponds along with wet-weather creeks, so water isn't limited to one channel the way it is on some of our other reserves. Stone Creek Phase I, Stone Creek Phase II, and Stone Creek Phase III extend that same reserve outward, adding tracts of the same character rather than starting a new one.

Stone Bridge, Toward the Haskell County Line

Stone Bridge Phase II runs west of the original Stone Bridge Phase I, further north toward Red Oak and the Haskell County line. Stone Bridge Phase VI sits in that same corridor. Stone Bridge Phase III continues the reserve still further west; because of how rugged that stretch is and how far it sits from the main entrance, a 4WD vehicle is genuinely required to reach it, not just recommended.

Latimer County's own county seat is Wilburton, well south of both clusters. The San Bois Mountains that shelter this ground run across the county's northern reach, not through the county seat itself.

How Owner Financing Works in Latimer County

Every tract we sell here is owner financed. No bank, no loan committee deciding whether you're the right kind of buyer.

Classic Country Land finances Latimer County land in-house. There is no credit check and no bank approval. The Basic plan starts at $999 down at a 10.99% annual percentage rate (APR). Payments are calculated on full amortization over terms up to 20 years; your exact term depends on the property price, and some contracts include a balloon payment, typically due after three years, when the remaining balance is refinanced or paid. Cash buyers receive 20% off, and any buyer who puts at least 20% down receives the same 20%. That is the largest discount we offer. Final terms are the ones in your signed documents.
