Closed sales in Okfuskee County include Silver Moon Ranch.
South of Weleetka, Off Highway 48
JLH Estates sits just south of Weleetka, its roughly hundred-forty-acre spread blanketed in post-oak and blackjack timber with natural clearings breaking up the canopy, the kind of mixed cover that draws real wildlife rather than just deer passing through. Prairie Grove lies off Highway 48 toward Okemah and Shawnee, a roughly hundred-fifty-nine-acre parcel of open land, scenic views, and a few ponds scattered across it.
Ranch Country Near Okemah
Saddlebrook Ranch sits on ground with real Creek Nation history behind it, not far outside Okemah. Moonrise Meadows sits closer still, a roughly hundred-sixty-acre parcel southwest of town, with power along the county road and a wet-weather creek running the eastern side of the property.
Okemah is the Okfuskee County seat, and most of our current developments sit within reasonable reach of it, whichever direction a buyer approaches from.
Silver Moon Ranch and Deep Fork Ranch
Silver Moon Ranch combines real elevation change with a fishing pond ringed by sandstone flats on its western side, and hills that fall toward timber-shrouded wet-weather creeks. It's a more dramatic piece of ground than most of the county's flatter parcels. Deep Fork Ranch sits closer to Henryetta, with Lake Henryetta itself only a short drive away for a weekend on the water.
How Owner Financing Works in Okfuskee County
Every tract we sell here is owner financed. No bank, no loan committee deciding whether you're the right kind of buyer.
Classic Country Land finances Okfuskee County land in-house. There is no credit check and no bank approval. The Basic plan starts at $999 down at a 10.99% annual percentage rate (APR). Payments are calculated on full amortization over terms up to 20 years; your exact term depends on the property price, and some contracts include a balloon payment, typically due after three years, when the remaining balance is refinanced or paid. Cash buyers receive 20% off, and any buyer who puts at least 20% down receives the same 20%. That is the largest discount we offer. Final terms are the ones in your signed documents.
